I was tense and achy.Booked a 60 minute massage with Haley and it was amazing.

I have a terrible tendency of putting myself last in my list of things to take care of and made a decision to change that pattern starting with a glorious 60 minutes spent in massage with Haley. I scheduled a deep tissue and holy moses was it amazing. I have lots of stored tension in my shoulders and low back and she hit all of my spots and then some working with my body as a whole picture rather than several pieces. She has strong hands, but is willing to adjust pressure as needed. I felt really comfortable with her and relaxed nearly instantly.

This was my first visit to Haley, but I can guarantee that I will be back at least once a month.
